The house brand of Destilería El Pandillo, G4 is led by Felipe J. Camarena Curiel, and its name represents the four generations of tequila-making in the Camarena family. Made in Jalisco, Mexico, out of 100% blue agave, the G4 Blanco is made with traditional and environmentally conscious methods. We're talking agave leftovers being used as fertilizer, utilizing 50% harvested rainwater, and having a one-motor recycled steamroller crushing agave.

This citrus and floral-forward tequila is a brilliant outing from the distillers behind G4. On the nose, there is fragrant lemongrass, crunchy parsley stalks, and earthiness that comes from dried mushrooms and the mulch of a forest floor. On the palate, there is the lightness of white flowers and a cooling menthol hit, before moving into more candied lime zest, fresh green pepper, and bright agave on the finish.
