Nose
Croissant pastry, tinned pears, buttered popcorn
Palate
Floral notes, vanilla pods, mint
Finish
Saltwater taffy, caramelized sugars, cooked agave
The aromatics coming off this tequila jump out of the glass, starting with croissant pastry, vanilla, buttered popcorn, and creme brulee; quickly turning to fruit with tinned pears and lychees in syrup. More herbaceousness comes through, while on the palate we get sticky vanilla pods. Striped mint sweets and elderflower sing. The finish has a touch of saltiness and the unmistakable presence of cooked agave.
