Glen Scotia, Elements of Campbeltown Release No.1 Air

Glen Scotia unveiled its oldest-ever release with a 50 Year Old single malt in 2025, marking the debut of the Elements of Campbeltown series. The inaugural release, Air, was distilled in 1973 and matured entirely in American hogshead casks. The whisky reflected Glen Scotia’s maritime character, combining salinity with developed sweetness and spice. Limited to 100 bottles worldwide, it represented a major distillery milestone and a rare example of extended Campbeltown maturation.
