Tormore, Timeless
Tormore opened in 1958 as an architectural showpiece by Sir Albert Richardson. But while the distillery's architecture has always impressed, the spirit it produced spent six decades disappearing into blends. Elixir Distillers bought it from Pernod Ricard in 2022, and Timeless anchors the first proper core range in over 20 years. Head blender Oliver Chilton matured it predominantly in first-fill and refill ex-bourbon casks to protect the distillery's peach-and-pear fruitiness, bottling at 43% without coloring.

Jasmine blossom, vanilla custard, toasted oak
A very approachable, easy-drinking Speysider, with a nicely balanced soft, fruity palate and lightness of touch aromas. A great malt to introduce a new drinker to the world of whisky-making.
