The texture is smooth and mouth-filling, with fruit and light citrus sweetness balanced by a touch of coastal salt mid-palate. Oak contributes steady, controlled spiciness rather than dominance. The result is well balanced, combining crunchy wood spice with clear, fruity distillery character, and responds to a small addition of water well.
