The Singleton of Glen Ord, 39 Year Old

The Singleton Epicurean Odyssey 39 Year Old is the second release in a three-part series and reflects an extended, complex maturation regime. The whisky spent its first 12 years in ex-bourbon casks, followed by a further 27 years in a combination of ex-port, red wine, PX and oloroso sherry casks, the longest secondary maturation in the distillery’s history. It was then briefly married in French Bordeaux barrels, adding a final layer of structure and depth.
