An abundance of warming spice on the nose, including cinnamon, waxy orange peel, dark honey, soft brown sugar, fresh vanilla pod, and fragrant tonka bean. Dig in deeper, and a more delicate cola cube note emerges, with a touch of citrus zest. The palate is silky smooth and very expressive, with rich honey notes, deeper vanilla, some almost floral rose petal fragrance, toasted hazelnuts, and sweet blood orange. The overall sweetness is very well balanced and not too cloying, instead highlighting the depth of the spiced elements. Very drinkable indeed. The finish is spicy, with citrus lemon peel and fresh vanilla, lingering on the palate.
