Bushmills released Secrets of the River Bush, a 46 Year Old single malt claimed to be the oldest single malt whiskey ever produced in Ireland. Limited to 300 bottles, the whiskey was matured entirely in two oloroso sherry casks and bottled at 46.3% ABV. Extended ageing delivered depth without excessive tannin, balancing dark sherry influence with a composed, malt-driven profile. The release highlighted Bushmills’ long single malt tradition and offered rare age and collectibility at a comparatively restrained price point.
